New Generation

A trip to The Philippines



On the 18th July 2010, I attended the Hand Over and Induction Ceremony of DRR Wheng Tejada during the District Assembly of D3800, The Philippines. I was given an opportunity to be one of the speaker to share about fun in Rotaract with a group of new Rotaractors.

During my 5 days stay there, I was hosted by the Rotaract Club of Marikina and I had great fellowships with the local Rotaractors and Rotarians. Besides having so much fun, I was also given the privilege to pay a courtesy call to the Mayor of Marikina City who is also the President Elect of Rotary Club of Marikina.

A great appreciation to their good hospitality. Salamat Po!!!

The Rotaract Club of Kota Kinabalu had their 1st board meeting accompanied by Rtn Advisor PP Robert Lai. on 6/7/2010 at Lintas Plaza. The new line up lead by President Wong Chia Chea planned and reposition themselve with new branding to make the club relevant to the young adult of the KK community.
