November 2010 activities

Club meeting on 28/11/2010
PP Patrick Chin shared about the information of Rotary Foundation
Member enjoyed a video clip on Sabah to be promoted during the coming District Conference in Bangkok
PP Warrence Chan Shared the details of the video clip
PP John Kah and Rtn James led song singing " Morning has broken " former Sabah College Song.

Club Meeting on 22/11/2010
Fellowship singing led by PP John Ho and PP Christopher Liew - Rotary song and Smile.
PP Warrence Chan reported on the interclub golf game organized by RC Likas Bay on 17/11/2010. Overall champion went to RC Likas Bay and RC KK came second. Member participated in the game were PP John Kah, PP John Lo, PP Tony Seow, PP Wannece Chan, Rtn Andrew Chong and Rtn Tan Yew Lim.

PP David Chin, Chairman of Membership sub committee spoke on the good points of be a member of RCKK. He shared base on the 5 core values of Rotary, fellowship, ethnic, vocation, helping other and extension of friendship.

PDG Edward Sung presented all the bannerettes from San Franscico Rotary Clubs he visited to the Alfred.

DG Abraham gave a word of wisdom and encouragement to the members the reason of joining Rotary.
President presented a token of appreciation and a mock cheaque of USD 2000 for the Polio Plus program
