Water Pipe Repair at San Damiano Boys Hostel, Kuilu
The water improvement project at San Damiano Boys Hostel, Kuilu. There is an existing water collection and piping system to the boys hostel. However, the last few hundred metres of the pipes are PVC (refer photos).
I like to propose changing those PVC pipes to 1.5 inches HDPE pipes, estimated at maximum 500 metres long. We need to improve the collection at the "air mata" to avoid clogged up. Since all the students are busy studying and not available to install the pipes, we will need hire some labourers to install the pipes. I estimate RM2,000 budget should be enough for the mentioned improvement work.
